Our modern web application can be used from anywhere, on any device. Its fast, easy to use and packed full of features. Estate managers have complete control of their estate settings. Comprehensive reporting with real-time statistics and metrics give you the information you need when you need it.
Available on all major app stores, our mobile app is lightweight and fast. Residents can manage their estate lives easily and securely. No unnecessary permissions and tracking, we do our job without invading the phone.
When booking a visitor, Residents will receive a unique pincode and can share it with their guests from within the app. Visitors then present the provided pincode at the entrance. This can be matched to a scan record obtained by security. Residents then receive a message notifying them of their visitor’s entry and exit.
Residents are also allowed to make facility bookings for onsite facilities that have been added by Administrators (Like a Clubhouse or Tennis Court), and they are able to log incidents that occur within the Estate that will alert Estate Administrators to any issues that occur and need to be addressed. Emergency contacts are available in the app, as well as important documents (like house rules and notices) that are shared by the Estate Management. In-App Estate Switching is available for residents who reside in more than one of our estates.

Redundancy is key, and is the core of LlamaNET. Residents can use any of the 5 platforms we offer to make visitor or facility bookings and log incidents that occur within the Estate. In addition to the mobile app, they have the option of using WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS and our web-based platform or a combination of these. If any of the services are experiencing an issue, you can simply switch to another.
Does you app have an Emergency button feature?
No. While we take security seriously, we aren’t a security provider. You should never rely on an estate app in a life threatening situation.
Does you app have incident management?
Yes. Residents can log incidents and upload photos that administrators can action. Incidents can be assigned to other admins and there is a chat feature in the event you need more information from the resident
We are moving on from another system, can you migrate our users?
In most cases the team can migrate users easily. If the system has already been removed, or you no longer have access, you will need to enroll your users again.
Can LlamaNET handle unnanounced visitors?
Yes. Residents can be called from our Scanning units and can authorise visitors. However its preferable that residents use codes, as this speeds up the entry process and calls are billed to the estate.
POPI! How are you managing data, systems and our privacy?
We are guessing you are pretty tired of POPI emails? So are we. Before POPI and GDPR were a thing, LlamaNET was securely storing and encrypting your user data, and not using it for anything other than what it was meant for. Data is santised daily and “forget me” requests are honored, even in our backups. Our workloads are Trend Cloud Conformity scanned, and AWS Well Architected reviewed.

LlamaNET has integration modules available for most of the Access Control hardware available today, and its not a requirement that you purchase our hardware. Our team will always attempt to integrate into your existing solutions. If you need an Access Control system, or your previous Visitor Management supplier is removing their system, chat to us. Our dedicated hardware team can visit your site and prepare a cost effective plan to suit any estate.
The LlamaNET scanner is an effective tool for empowering your security to verify, identify and properly log non-residents entering your estate. In addition to the visitor controls, it can provide real time lookups on vehicles (both residents and visitors), manage guard patrols and also OB entries. There is a list of other propriety features these scanners have that suit modern living in estates.
Reporting and logging is available to administrators on our portal. We are open to and can offer customised software solutions to cater for your specific requirements.
